Cascadian Farm Giveaway
Posted by KatyHello everyone!
I’m simply EXHAUSTED after today. Longest. day. ever! We had until 6 P.M. to move everything out and finished with twenty minutes to spare. Oh yes, I’m talking crazyy day! I’m going to take the night off to sleep but wanted to announce a giveaway before I showered and passed out cold.
As you heard Cascadian Farm and MyBlogSpark gave me the chance to review some of their products and to be truly honest…I love them all! I’m very honest and have made good reviews and not so good reviews but Cascadian Farm really has some great tasting food.
They also want you to try some..

..and they are letting me giveaway some of their awesome products!
If you win you will get two boxes of cereal(Fruitful O’s & Cinnamon Crunch), two boxes of granola(Oats & Honey, Dark Chocolate Almond) and two boxes of their granola bars(Chocolate Chip & Dark Chocolate Almond) as well as a reusable grocery bag! It’s a pretty sweet deal and I want you all to have the chance to try these products for yourself and let me know if you like them!
Their are a few ways to enter:
- Leave a comment telling me what you do or plan on doing to be more “green”? For example, I plan on working harder to bring my reusable bags to the grocery store and I usually recycle my plastic bags at the grocery store if I forget!
- Head over to Cascadian Farm’s facebook page and make a pledge and leave a comment telling me what pledge you made!
- Tweet about this giveaway(make sure to include the link to the giveaway and my twitter name, @KatyAtTBF). Make sure to leave a separate comment telling me you tweeted.
- Link to this giveaway from your blog OR your facebook if you don’t have a blog! Leave another comment telling me you posted about it.
- Join my fan page on facebook! If you are already a fan, THANK YOU! Just leave a comment saying you became a fan or already are one.
Their are lots of ways to enter!
If you do all five things you should have five comments total! Make sure you include my name and the link to the giveaway if you tweet!
You have until Wednesday, May 5th to enter! GOOD LUCK!
I pledged.

I plan to be better at bringing cloth bags to non-grocery stores. I always use them while grocery shopping, but forget when just regular shopping

I am trying to be better about bringing reusable bags to the produce store. I feel so bad wasting all those little plastic bags. I think I am going to have to purchase some good reusable produce bags so that I will not forget.

I am a teacher so I ask parents to bring in scrap paper from their offices to use in our art center instead of construction paper. As a class we also save things like milk cartons and empty toilet paper rolls to reuse as crafts. Hopefully this will result in 20 children with an attitude of environmental protection in our future.

I’d admit that I’m not the best at being “green” but I try my best by bringing my own canvas grocery bags when I go grocery shopping. I also try to minimize my use of plastic bags by using reuseable containers when I pack my lunches. Thanks for hosting such a great giveaway!

I love Cascade Farms and I have actually been thinking about ways that I can be more green. One of my big things is not using reusable grocery bags. I feel awful every time I go to the store and come home with a zillion plastic bags!!!! It’s going to stop! I promise!

I’m going to start keeping my reusable bags in my car. More often than not, I make unplanned trips to the grocery store and end up leaving them at home…

I need to remember my reuseable shopping bags too. I bought cute ones at Victoria’s Secret so I would remember to use them but with 2 kids I don’t always think about it. I’m going to be better about it though!

I will use only reusable bags at the grocery store!

I’m bought three new (cute!) reusable water bottles in an effort to be more green. Plus, buying multiple bottles of diet coke isn’t great for my health either!

I plan on using reusable grocery bags too! But right now, I’m currently bicycling wherever I can in town, even work to be more green.

I’ve gotten a LOT better at bringing bags to the store with me. Recently I made my own green cleaning products. It was dirt cheap, EASY, and they work, reallllly well!

There are several ways I have been trying to be more green. First of all I bought a prius, it has been awesome with not having to use as much gas and I really enjoy driving it. Second I have gotten much better at using my reusable bags when grocery shopping and I’ve also been using plastic reusable containers when packing my lunch instead of using a bunch of plastic bags. Always love your blogs Katy!

I take reusable bags into all stores I go in to, not just grocery stores. I also have reusable produce bags that I use. I drink out of a stainless steel water bottle and reusable coffee mug. I turn the lights off and minimize flushing. I recycle everything I can.

I try to be more green by recycling, composting, using reuseable bags & walking/running to places if possible!

I’m with you, Katy… I have been trying to remember to bring my reusable bags to the grocery store as well.
Also, I’m moving to a big city in the summer and I was just thinking today how I’m excited to be able to be a little more green by using public transportation and not driving!

I’m trying to be more “green” by reusing shopping bags from Target, etc, that I get occasionally. And by using the reusable bags. I stopped buying water bottles, instead using a Pur water filter. And also trying to shorten my showers.
