Deliciously Healthy Breakfast
Posted by KatyYes, deliciously healthy.

It almost looks like strawberry ice cream melted on waffles.
I dreamed up this baby last night when I remembered I had some Van’s waffles in the freezer this whole time!
I got the light waffles after one reader commented that the regular ones have a lot more fat in them. It’s true! These were still super tasty.
Especially under this topping.

I just mixed a plain 0% Chobani with about 1/2 cup frozen strawberries(melted), a little maple syrup, a little bit of honey and stir! I wish I would have added some vanilla like I did last time, but I forgot. That would have been the perfect final touch. Still, these were pretty wonderful and filling! They kept me satisfied for about four hours, but now I wish I had a snack around.
Oh well, lunch is soon!
So, here’s a funny little story from yesterday. Everyday I fill 32 oz. of water into my Nalgene-like bottle. It’s an easy way to make sure I get at least 64 oz. of water I day. I thrive better on lots of water!
I was walking out of my house and noticed it dripping, I just assumed it was the condensation since it was really hot out. Well, I put it down in the foot area of the passenger side. It was rolling around a lot so at a red light I grabbed it. Low and behold 32 oz. magically become 12 oz. really fast. Then my car sat in the heat for hours yesterday. You do the math.
My car smells..
..like feet.
Any suggestions on making your car smell good? I need something that smells good but also eliminates the odor without covering it up. I thought of febreze, but wanted to know if you had something you liked!
In other news..
Remember the shirts I’m selling?

Well this weekend, Spread Shirt is offering free shipping! Just use the codes listed on the banner when purchasing. Remember, I can make custom t-shirts, bags, hats, just let me know what you like to balance in life.

Just thought I would give you a heads up, I’m definitely going to be buying some shirts.
EDITED TO ADD: I hear the girl’s shirts run small, I’d read the notes about the fit of each shirt but just a heads up to maybe order a size larger then you normally would!
At Bed, Bath and Beyond (20% coupon?) they have a couple types of Damp Rid (non-toxic product). I use them in my house in some of the closets as we are on a concrete slab and the water table is silly high. There is one I used in my car in a similar situation to yours. It has a hanger so you can hang it on the dry cleaning hook. That will help absorb the damp and help get rid of the smell. I can tell you from first hand experience it works. If you still have a smell in a couple weeks, you might have to use some lysol spray.

I second the Damp-rid. Buy the ones in the bag for the closet. They smell really good. I always get mine at home depot. I would also sprinkle the wet spot with baking soda and leave it for a few days and then vacuum it up. Good luck!

I stumbled upon your blog and really enjoy it. A tip on the car smell, and perfect for anyone really: Get one whole lemon, and a lot of whole cloves (You’ll find them where you find spices if you don’t have any on hand) and poke the pointed ends all over the lemon. Get a ribbon, or string and tie it lengthwise, and width around the lemon sort of like a + sign (I hope that makes sense, Just tie it so it doesn’t come off,
) Then hang it in your mirror. It will keep for awhile, you’ll be able to tell when to throw it out and start a new one. I’ve done this multiple times and it’s still to this day my favorite air freshener. SO EASY.

Wow, so natural and I bet in the heat it really releases the oils in the lemon! Maybe I’ll try that if nothing else works.

Aww bad car smell is the worst! I have a small case of it going on too, and I’m pretty sure it’s from moisture.
Love the shirts
Especially the running and pizza one:)

Ugh, it is the worst. Smells like a locker room full of sweaty men with smelly, gross feet. Lovely image, I know.
