After we last talked, I snacked on a string cheese around 3:30.

I headed home from work(did I mention it’s a 45-50 minute commute each way? Oy!) and had just about 45 minutes to relax before I headed to help out with my church’s youth group.

I didn’t want to rush dinner, it’s just not enjoyable! I decided to have a snack and then have dinner.

A little peanut butter honey on 12 grain bread.

Adam texted me after work and suggested we get take out pad thai since I LOVE pad thai. We then agreed that a lighter, healthier meal was a much better idea.

Enter: Stir fry!

Adam cooked up some chicken and frozen vegetables.

I ate mostly veggies and protein over one serving of brown rice.

Then, to finish off the pint!

There was just under a serving left, but it feels so much more decadent straight out of the pint, doesn’t it?

So, I forgot to mention earlier that Adam and I could NOT sleep last night. We both tossed and turned and finally Adam turned over and said “Can you not sleep either?” and I groaned “Nooooo!” I honestly think we both exercised too close to bedtime. Adam did P90x and I did yoga at the same time and this is the first time both of us had trouble sleeping! Blah! Now I know the 8 o’clock class is just not for me. It’s way too hot after being practiced in all day and I can’t sleep after. I love this studio but it’s good to know when your body is at its best! I would love try their earlier evening class and see how it makes me feel. :)

Tomorrow is my last day of work before vacation, Friday I’m going to be running around all day getting ready to leave early Saturday!

Currently, I’m still hungry and may have a small 100-150 calorie snack. I’m trying to pay more attention to how many calories I take in, not necessarily counting calories strictly but I want to get an idea of how much I’m eating.

I’m also going to brew a cup of tea and finish Top Chef. :)
