Red Wine, Rosemary & Honey Glaze
In a pan, reduce 3 C red wine to 1 C
Add 2 Tbs. honey + 1 sprig fresh rosemary
pinch sea salt & fresh pepper
Reduce until syrupy
Glaze chicken, beef, lamb, ’shrooms, fish, goat…whatever.
You can add slivered shallots too for some yum.
